If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, inquiry submitters, and customers.
Wellington Lanai Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor serving homeowners in Wellington, FL and surrounding Palm Beach County communities. Our services include sunroom additions, four season sunrooms, three season sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen room installation, patio-to-sunroom conversions, deck-to-sunroom conversions, solarium installation, patio cover installation, sunroom remodeling, and related design and construction services. All services are subject to a separate written contract executed before work begins.
Estimates provided by Wellington Lanai Sunrooms & Patios are based on an on-site assessment and the information you provide at the time of the estimate. Estimates are not guaranteed fixed prices unless they are incorporated into a signed written contract.
Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions, material availability, scope changes, or permit requirements differ materially from the conditions assessed at the time of the estimate. We will notify you in writing of any scope or price change before proceeding with additional work. You have the right to approve or decline any change order before work continues.
Free estimates are provided at no obligation. Submitting a contact form or scheduling an estimate visit does not create a contractual obligation on either party.
Project start dates are scheduled based on permit approval timelines, material availability, and crew scheduling. Estimated start dates provided at the time of contract signing are good-faith estimates and may shift due to factors outside our control, including permit review delays by Palm Beach County, weather events, or material supply delays.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible in writing. Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposits or fees, will be set out in your written contract. If a project is cancelled after materials have been ordered or fabricated specifically for your job, you may be responsible for costs already incurred, as described in the contract.
We reserve the right to postpone or suspend work due to unsafe conditions, including severe weather, active hurricane watches or warnings, or hazardous site conditions. We will notify you promptly and reschedule as soon as conditions allow.
Payment schedules are set out in your written contract. Typical projects are structured with a deposit at contract signing, a progress payment at a defined milestone (such as framing completion), and a final payment upon completion and your acceptance of the finished work.
Final payment is due upon project completion and final walkthrough, unless your contract specifies otherwise. Invoices not paid by the due date stated in the contract may be subject to late fees as described therein.
Under Florida law, we may have lien rights against your property for unpaid work. We will provide required notices in accordance with Florida Lien Law. Paying your contractor promptly and in accordance with your written contract is the best way to avoid any lien-related complications.
All construction work performed by Wellington Lanai Sunrooms & Patios is subject to applicable building codes and permit requirements in Palm Beach County, Florida.
